KEY-118 electronic fluoride solution

一、Product Description

KEY-118 electronic fluoride; high stable colorless transparent, tasteless, safe non-toxic perffluorine liquid. It is the first research and development and production of high boiling point fluoride liquid in China. The standard imported brands, with excellent dielectric constant, stable chemical inert, good thermal conductivity, extremely low surface tension and motion viscosity, and system compatibility, are suitable for:

1、 semiconductor, chip manufacturing, encapsulation and testing, laser etching process. 

2、Precision cleaning, leakage detection and detection of electronic components.
3、Thermal conductivity and cooling medium, computer server and electronic component system cooling medium.
4、 Solvent diluents, lubricating diluents and other purpose solvents.
5、 Therma shock(Hot and cold shock test fluid).

三、Physical performance

Note:
 1. Characteristics of product property at 25℃, boiling point, except solidification point.

2.1 torr is equivalent to a 1 mm mercury column pressure, with an atmospheric pressure of about 100,000 Pa, while it corresponds to a 760 mm mercury column pressure. So the 1KPa is equivalent to the 7.6 torr.

￭ has excellent compatibility adaptation for most materials.
￭ is prohibited from mixing with strong acid, strong alkali, and energy residues.
￭ does not form a decomposition (the residue).
￭ recommends users to do compatibility tests before the application.

七、Transportation and Storage

￭ is transported by non-hazardous chemicals and non-corrosive chemicals.
