2.1 It can be used without dilution. If the mesh is clogged, please use KEY-P thinner (standard, slow drying) to dilute and print.

2.2 There is no special restriction on the mesh, and if the film is printed thicker, the adhesion will be improved.

2.3 Drying should be sufficient (temperature of 60 ° C for about 1 minute).

2.4 Bonding temperature: 120 ° C 5-10 seconds as standard.

2.5 In order to improve adhesion and heat resistance, add 0.5 to 1.5% of KEY-K1 curing agent and print it. If a curing agent is added,

Continuous operation from printing to blocking must be carried out; there is no special requirement for tackiness without the need for a curing agent.

四.matters needing attention

4.1 When KEY-111 is stored at low temperature, the crystallization of the resin will reduce the fluidity of the glue. Therefore, please pay attention to the storage in winter. If the fluidity is low, please keep at 40 °C.

At the temperature, stir for 30 minutes before use.

4.2 Before use, please test and confirm the glue performance.

4.3 When using, please refer to the Product Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
