1. Scope of application: Designed for printing rigid PVC, self-adhesive, ABS, SNA, dumb force, PC, pre-treated PET film and cardboard.

2. Ink characteristics: fast drying, good gloss, strong shading, gasoline resistance, wind erosion resistance, suitable for molding and fuel injection.

Related parameters

1. Physically dry ink can be printed after drying for 5~10 minutes at 20 °C, and can be stacked in a tunnel dryer at 50 °C for 20~30 seconds.

If the high efficiency and ventilation capacity of the dryer can be reduced to 40 ° C, to reduce damage to the workpiece.

2. The KEY/SR series inks contain pigments that are highly resistant to discoloration and are resistant to solvents and plasticizers.

Precautions

1. Only use this series of inks to match each other, and do not mix with other types of inks.

2. When storing and using this product, please keep away from fire and keep it in a dark environment. The shelf life is 12 months.

Emergency measures

1. If it is immersed in the eyes, wash it with clean water immediately. Seek medical attention if it is severe.

2. Fire-fighting first aid measures: Use dry powder, foam fire extinguisher or sand to extinguish the fire.

3. Operators must wear masks and gloves when operating.
