1. Scope of application: glass products, ceramics, metals, aluminum products, chrome-plated parts, coated substrates, heat-treated plastic products.

2. Ink characteristics: The ink layer is bright and uniform, uniform in fineness, good in netting and leveling, and has excellent adhesion to polar substrates after curing, and the coating film has high hardness.

Gloss and good water resistance, weather resistance and chemical resistance.

Related parameters

Before printing, an appropriate proportion of GL curing agent should be added. The shelf life of the ink at room temperature (about 20 ° C) is 8 to 10 hours, and the high temperature will reduce the shelf life of the ink. The adhesion and abrasion resistance of the ink will be reduced over the above time. To obtain higher water resistance requirements, it needs to be baked at 140 ° C for 30 minutes. The ink viscosity and resistance test should be carried out after 24 hours.

Precautions

1. It can only be blended with this series of inks, and should not be mixed with other types of inks.

2. In multi-color overprinting, before the other color is continuously printed, the previous color does not need to be completely dried. When the overprinting is finished, it must be baked, processed and dried.

It should be no less than 15 ° C, otherwise irreversible damage may occur, and continuous high humidity within a few hours after printing should also be avoided because the hardener is sensitive to humidity.

3. When storing and using this product, please keep away from fire and keep it in a dark environment. The shelf life is 12 months.

Emergency measures

1. If it is immersed in the eyes, wash it with clean water immediately. Seek medical attention if it is severe.

2. Fire-fighting first aid measures: Use dry powder, foam fire extinguisher or sand to extinguish the fire.

3. Operators must wear masks and gloves when operating.
