3. Ink characteristics:

UV curing, fast drying speed, high gloss, strong hiding, excellent adhesion, excellent abrasion and scratch resistance, water, oil, alcohol and alcohol resistance.

Four. How to use

4.1 Please keep the surface of the material clean before printing.

4.2 When using this product, please wash the pad at any time to ensure the printing effect.

4.3 Please select the appropriate open oil: pad printing: KEY-P open oil, silk screen: KEY-P1 open oil. The proportion of open oil added is generally about 10%, according to the customer's own operational requirements.

Join as appropriate.

4.4 Curing conditions of the product: firstly heat curing at 80 ° C or above for 3-5 min, then UV curing, UV energy is not less than 1100-1200 mJ/cm 2 (black is above 1200 mj / cm 2 ),

Please maintain the power and energy of the curing equipment.

4.5 If the workpiece is printed, remove the reprint. Please use KEY-B1 wipe water to remove the ink before UV curing.

4.6 Before using this product, please carefully test the sample and wait until the test results fully meet the printing requirements before printing.

4.7 Special material surface can be added about 10-15% KEY-K1 hardener, first 80 ° C heat curing not less than 30min after UV curing, UV energy is not less than

1100-1200mJ/cm2 (black is above 1200mj/cm2), please keep the power and energy of the curing equipment.

6. Safe storage

6.1 After use, the product is sealed in a dark container and stored in a cool, dark, heat-resistant and fire-resistant environment. Please avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight.

6.2 The product is irritating to the skin, please avoid direct contact with the skin. If you accidentally touch the skin, please wash it with water and seek medical advice.
