Features

The red edging agent is a pinhole of the photosensitive film and a filling agent on the side of the net and the aluminum frame, which can effectively prevent leakage of ink or solvent.

Fast drying, good solvent resistance, excellent brush resistance and water resistance.

Instructions

1. Fill the needle hole with a brush and red edge filler to fill it.

2. If the frame filling agent is used, it can be applied to the edge of the net and the frame with a brush or a syringe.

3. The empty network area between the image area and the frame edge can be coated with a netting.

4. After the plate making, the red edge agent can be applied to the walking edge of the blade before printing, which can enhance the abrasion resistance of the plate.

5. If the solvent in the red edge-filling agent volatilizes and the viscosity increases, it can be diluted with alcohol, or the red edge-cleaning agent can be removed with alcohol.

Precautions  

After use, close the cap to prevent evaporation and store in a dry and ventilated place.
