Solar zhengyin screen printing plate

Solar positive silver screen plate is developed for the printing characteristics of solar silicon wafer. The screen plate made with special emulsion has excellent brush resistance (>15000 brushes).

Because of the special emulsion formulation, the initial line width of printing is thinner, and the excellent printing characteristics such as low line expansion rate, as well as high printing yield, which greatly reduces the production cost of the client.

Main applications:

This customer category is solar cell factory, with printing front silver electrodes as the main application.
