KEY-139 electronic fluoride; is a safe and environmentally friendly colorless and transparent Perfluorocarbon liquid chemical with ideal chemical inert and stability, excellent thermal conduction, good electrical insulation, high boiling point and extremely low surface tension and good system compatibility, can be well used in various lithium battery immersion cooling temperature control and safety protection, steam phase welding, chip manufacturing and other strict requirements.

四、Application cases

2、Temperature control working principle:
