KEY-1900 High temperature epoxy adhesive is a high-temperature curing, Universal, high-strength, single-component epoxy adhesive.
It is simple to operate and is suitable for sealing of a variety of metals and non-metallic materials themselves or interlocking or permanent(non-removable) seals and is not suitable for filling and sealing. This product can withstand vacuum and pressure, resistant to aging, gasoline, kerosene, oil synthesis oil, water, juice, dilute acid, dilute alkali, detergent, alcohol and some organic solvents. The operating temperature is from -60 °C to 200 °C, and the components with little vibration or bearing can reach 250 °C.
Performance / Appearance:
Before curing: grayish white viscous liquid(for large quantities of products can be adjusted according to customer needs: red or black);
After curing: gray-white hard objects.
The final adhesive strength of LY12 CZ hard aluminum, chemical oxidation: 150 °C, curing 2H ≥ 12.0 MPa;
Way to go
It can be used for metal, glass, ceramic, grinding wheel, etc.. For example, high-temperature lamps, grinding wheels, electronic products, and motor rotors also have good adhesion effects on plastic materials: PVC, ABS, etc..
Use of law
The surface treatment adhesive surface should be clean, dry, anhydrous, and oil-free. For products with high strength requirements, the metal surface is best treated with dry blowing or pellets.
The adhesive is evenly coated on the two adhesive surfaces, and the amount of coating is appropriate to squeeze out a rubber line just after the combined adhesive junction.
After the combination is coated with glue, the contact pressure of 0.01 ~ 0.05 MPa is applied as soon as possible, and the combination is in place as required by the drawings.
Curing at room temperature almost does not cure, must take high temperature curing, recommended 150 °C insulation for 2 hours, should heat up with the furnace and cure with the furnace.
The processing or testing of the coated parts can only be transferred to the next process processing and performance testing after they have been completely cured.
Packaging, Storage and Transport
This product is packaged in 1000ml plastic bottles.
It shall be stored in a cool and ventilated environment below 25 °C for a period of 6 months from the date of production in the original unopened container. If placed in the refrigerator cold storage can prolong storage time.
This product is insoluble, non-toxic and non-flammable. Storage and transportation of non-dangerous goods.

Try not to stain your skin with glue. If you have it, you can wipe it with alcoholic toilet paper and wash it with hot water and soap.
After this product is removed from the freezer, it should be placed at room temperature at 25 °C and then used. If it is still felt that the viscosity of this product is relatively large, the adhesive can be heated to 60 °C and kept warm for half an hour. However, how much heat is also applied to how much is taken. Repeated heating will only shorten the shelf life of the glue, which will affect the quality of the glue.
When this product is heated and cured, the glue will become dilute and have fluidity. Therefore, when applying glue, care must be taken to control the amount of glue, which is not easy to be excessive, otherwise it will cause waste. Once the glue is cured, it is difficult to remove. It can only be heated to a high temperature above 300 °C and removed while hot. Therefore, the uncured excess glue should be wiped as far as possible in advance. If some materials are brittle or unsuitable for thermal disassembly, this method is used with caution.
This product is not suitable for encapsulation, especially if the encapsulation is more than 10mm, it will cause explosion. Please be careful to use it!
