1、 Purpose:

2、 Ratio:

Glue: hardener = 100:20, diluent ratio: 20 -- 40% (adjusted according to actual situation)

3、 Characteristics:

This product is a transparent two-component environmental adhesive, which has the characteristics of fast drying, strong adhesion, solvent resistance, low tension loss and so on. It is suitable for aluminum alloy and other metal mesh frames.

4、 Usage:

Mix the adhesive and hardener according to the ratio of 100:20. The prepared adhesive must be used up within 4 hours.

Use a tension machine to stretch the selected screen to be used directly (the first time a new frame is used, it must be roughened and degreased with a file or gauze. In order to strengthen the adhesion between the new frame and the glue, a layer of hardener can be coated on the screen frame) to adjust the tension of the screen to the tension suitable for printing, and then flow the glue to the place where it needs to be bonded, and the glue will pass through the mesh hole and the mesh frame Combine them together (under 80 mesh or higher than 250 mesh, you need to apply the backing glue first) and then apply the excess glue to the bonding place with glue scraper.

After the operation is completed, park it for no less than 20 minutes or more until it is completely dry (the glued part does not stick to the hand), and then it can be removed from the tension net machine for use.

The thinner the coating is, the faster it will dry. The drying speed depends on the mesh number, the thickness of adhesive, room temperature and air flow rate. After drying for 1 hour, it has good water resistance and solvent resistance, and it can achieve better effect after curing for 24 hours.

5、 Note:

Make sure the container for mixing glue is clean and dry.

Ensure that the mixing ratio of glue is correct, and the prepared glue must be used up within 4 hours;

If the viscosity of the colloid is high, it can be diluted with key-p20 diluent;

For unmatched glue solution, hardener shall be sealed and stored immediately;

6、 Packaging standard:

Glue: 1L / can 5L / barrel

Hardener: 200ml / can, 1L / can

Diluent: 1kg / can

Storage:

This product should be stored in a cool and dry place (0 ~ 25 ℃)

Avoid direct sunlight. Use the product immediately after opening an account to prevent solvent volatilization and moisture in the air.
