VII. Product characteristics

The cleaning sheet can effectively clean the tiny particles on the roller wheel of the punching machine and stick out together, which can greatly reduce the phenomena of film sand eye, black spot, scratch and so on. Do not need to remove the roller from the punching machine, can be cleaned at any time. The cleaning sheet has a patented cleaning formula. Its surface coating produces strong viscosity after moisture, which can effectively glue the deposited dirt of various chemicals from the transmission roller wheel.

It has the following characteristics:

1) can clean roller wheel at any time.

2) no harmful chemicals.

3) reduce rework and scrap due to quality defects such as wiping or sand holes, save time and cost.

Product use and technical parameters

1) like the bottom of the cleaning sheet into the punching machine, the next face down, clean the roller below.

2) when the cleaning sheet exits the punching machine, turn 180 degrees and send it up to clean the roller wheel.

3) if it is not convenient to wait for the cleaning sheet to exit the punching machine, you can continuously press step 1/2 into the cleaning sheet, the exit cleaning sheet can be used again.

4) when the cleaning film is dirty, it can be thrown away like a discarded film.

5) we recommend that the tablet cleaning machine be used before each shift, or stop for 4 hours. Never worry about cross-contamination of chemicals using a tablet cleaner.
