I. Product description:

Ten liters of working fluid can be prepared for each bottle of concentrate (that is, diluted with 38℃-49℃ hot water at 1:1).

Before using this cleaner, disconnect or remove the silver recovery device connected to the discharge system of the diffuser.

II. Formulation description

Please read the product label or material safety specification for related safety matters.

Preparation of 10 L cleaning working fluid: add 1 barrel of fixing system cleaner (5 L concentrate) to 5 L 38℃-49℃ hot water, stir evenly, that is, equal to 10 L cleaning working fluid.

III. Cleaning steps of the diffuser

Note: gloves, masks and protective clothing must be worn.

IV. Steps for cleaning the fixing cylinder using a circulating device

Clean the cylinder block and circulation system with warm water 1. emptying bleach fixing liquid (note: rinse first).

2. pour the working liquid of the fixed shadow system cleaner directly into the floating (or fixed shadow) cylinder, start the circulating pump and heat the solution until the system is clean. After at least 30 minutes of cleaning, empty the cylinder block and circulation system and rinse thoroughly with warm water.

3. if necessary, remove the slot holder and gently brush the roller with a soft brush moistened with clean working fluid. For heavy sediments, solid roller troughs can be soaked overnight. However, the hollow roller groove frame shall not be soaked, the slot frame shall be removed and the roller shall be gently brushed with a soft brush moistened with the cleaning working fluid.

4. soaking temperature shall not be higher than 93℃ and shall not exceed 72 hours. It is more effective to develop regular cleaning habits than to wait until heavy sediment is produced.

V. DETERMINATION OF Cylinder AND Piping Cleaning Steps

Drain the 1. and rinse with warm water to replenish the cylinder and pipe (the working cylinder of the flushing machine should also be emptied, or the cylinder is filled with cleaning fluid).

2. pour the working fluid of the fixed shadow system cleaner directly into the supplementary cylinder and brush the cylinder around the cylinder block with the soft brush wetted with the clean working fluid.

3. open the supplementary pump so that the working fluid of the fixing system cleaner flows through the pipe into the floating (or fixing) working cylinder, or the cleaning working fluid already exists in the floating (fixing) working cylinder. Then close the supplementary pump to ensure that the system is soaked for at least 30 minutes. Empty or draw clean working fluid from the supplementary cylinder with the working cylinder, rinse the supplementary cylinder and working cylinder thoroughly with warm water, open the supplementary pump and rinse the pipe thoroughly.

Cleaning steps for flushing flume and Caojia

1. close the discharge valve.

2. pour the working liquid of the fixed shadow system cleaner directly into the floating (or fixed shadow) cylinder, start the circulating pump and heat the solution until the system is clean. Or soak it until it is clean.

3. if necessary, remove the slot holder and gently brush the roller with a soft brush moistened with clean working fluid. Empty and rinse the cylinder block thoroughly with warm water.
