Protective glue properties:

KEY-108 series glass protective adhesive is a one-component thermosetting protective adhesive. The product can be coated on the surface of various glass materials by screen printing.

It can be used to prevent contamination, surface scratch and abrasion of glass materials in the process of production and processing.

The method of removing the protective film formed by this product is simple. The protective film can be removed as a whole by hand tearing or adhesion with ordinary adhesive paper.

It will not remain on the surface of glass material.

Material adaptability: all kinds of glass panels, lenses, P MMA;

Auxiliaries:

KEY-P6 recommended dosage: <5% or more of the additives can be added as needed according to the actual situation. Generally, it is not recommended to use.

Usage: Before printing, please mix the product properly to make the system more uniform. Direct printing using 200 mesh polyester screen:

Curing conditions:

1. (130 - 160 C) x 10 minutes, then natural cooling at room temperature.

2. The higher the temperature is, the more tough the film is.

3. Note: The lowest baking temperature is 120 C, when the film will be soft.

4. The highest baking temperature is 180 C, when the film toughness is strong, yellowing will occur, but it does not affect the tearability of the film.

Membrane removal method:

1. The protective film can be completely removed by scraping part of the nail from the edge and corner of the protective film and then tearing off the whole piece.

2. The edge area of the protective film can be adhered with ordinary sealing tape, and then the whole protective film can be adhered and removed.

3. When the screen is blocked, the screen washing water can be used to clean the screen. Printing should be started after the solvent evaporates and dries.

4. This product shall not be mixed with other types of products.

Matters needing attention:

1. It is suggested that the trial printing should be carried out in batches after conforming to the quality standards.

2. Before printing, grease and moisture should be removed from the surface of the material to promote film forming effect and prevent pinholes or shrinkage.

3. The high humidity of construction environment will affect the printing effect and the use time of products.

Storability: The product can be stored for 6 months at 25 C. It should be avoided to store in high temperature, humidity, direct sunlight and other harsh environments.

Security features:

To protect your skin and eyes, wear protective gloves and goggles. If skin is accidentally covered with protective glue, wash thoroughly with soap.

If it enters the eye carelessly, please wash it with plenty of water immediately and see a doctor. Keep away from fire source when storing and using this product. Seal the container after use.
