KEY-109 strippable blue glue is a special insulating protection for single component touch screen. It is mainly used for transparent conductive glass and thin glass in touch screen.

ITO film on the film, to insulation, moisture-proof and protection. When used, it is printed on PET, ITO film and ITO glass by screen printing.

After baking, it can prevent the material from being contaminated or scratched in the subsequent production process. Bonding on and off the touch screen

Previously, the product can be peeled off by a simple method. It can be peeled off at one time without any residue on the surface of the material or contamination of the material.

Common problems and precautions

Ink film can only be stripped flaky, tear-resistant or residual, may be too thin to print (screen yarn too dense) or insufficient curing.

Printing edge serrated, can check whether the printing line is flat, using special diluent.

Unused products should be sealed and stored in designated cold and dark places.

Inks need to be determined to meet the quality requirements before mass printing.

When using this product, please do a good job of protecting yourself and working environment, requiring necessary ventilation and fire protection measures, personal protection.

Product storage

The shelf life is 3 months in the sealed container under the conditions of shade, light and greenhouse. Avoid high temperature and sun exposure.
