1. Main components and main technical indexes

2. Product Application Description:

A. This product is suitable for cleaning hardware and plastic mold with electrolytic ultrasonic mold cleaner. It can be used for metal processing parts, mechanical accessories, hardware and plastic mold, not for cleaning copper and aluminum products.

B. Mold electrolytic cleaning agent is a kind of cleaning solution which uses DC power to produce oxygen and hydrogen between anode and cathode. It can effectively remove oil and rust on gold mold, and also has fast cleaning effect on gas and resin on mold without any residue.

C. The waste materials must be tested and confirmed before mass production.

D. It is absolutely forbidden to work in narrow, low roofed houses and houses where air convection is not possible.

E. When cleaning, please adjust the voltage at 3-4V, the current at 8-12a, and keep 30-40mm between the electrode and the product.

3. Precautions during operation:

A. During the operation (preparation before operation / cleaning operation / completion of cleaning), alkali resistant protective glasses and mask must be equipped, waterproof long sleeve shirt, waterproof trousers and alkali resistant rubber gloves must be worn to prevent direct exposure of skin.

B. When you feel headache and wheezing and other irritating symptoms during operation, you should stop working immediately and go to the hospital for treatment and doctor's diagnosis.

C. Please do not let irrelevant personnel around during operation.

D. Please never take any liquid by mistake. In addition, please do not use mold cleaning fluid to clean food and tableware.

4. Preservation and waste disposal

A. Please do not store and operate the cleaning solution below its freezing point.

B. Please use it within 1 year

C. Please keep it in a flat place without direct light.

D. Please do not pour the cleaning solution into the sewer, dustbin and other public places.
