usage method

The method of dispersion was as follows

Please use a small amount of original solution or diluent to smear or pour on the high-temperature mold. After the cleaning agent reacts with the mold dirt for 2-3 minutes, the dirt will automatically soften and swim away from the mold. Then wash the mold surface with clean water. Immediately, the mold is clean and bright as new. It must be washed with water before the cleaning agent on the mold is dry. The mold temperature should be between 90 ~ 120 ℃.

Impregnation method:

The iron tank is filled with stock solution or diluent, heated to about 90 ℃ and soaked for 2-3 minutes, or directly put into the solution at room temperature with high-temperature mold, soak for 2-3 minutes, take it out, and then rinse with water.

The technical department suggests that:

1. This product is alkaline solution, please wear rubber gloves during operation;

2. If the hand or skin is stained with solution, please rinse it with plenty of flowing water;

3. Aluminum mould can not be used because it is alkaline substance;

4. When cleaning the electroplating mould, it should be diluted with water at the ratio of 1:5;

5. The mold with special surface treatment needs to be tested before use;

Storage and packaging

1. Under normal storage, the shelf life of the product is 12 months
